Fare Soldi – Cocofungo

If you’re visiting Nite Versions often, then you probably already heard of the Paghetta saga – 12 tracks from Fare Soldi shared in 365 days.
The first bomb, ‘Disco Durello’, has already been dropped. Put your ear on ‘Cocofungo’ – the second tune, all about stunning disco party saxobeat. As the duo say, it is “perfect to prolonging your carnival mood“.

Sare Havlicek comes from Ljubljana, Slovenia. He’s just about to release a debut album, ‘Escape Machine’, on February 27 via Nang Records.

Jus’ Bros – The Truth

Smile Recordings sent us something extra delicious! Meet Jus’ Bros, the brain child from Brazilian DJ Paulo Jardim and his long time friend Martin Dawson.
A few months back Paulo came to Martin with some ideas he had been having for some songs he wanted to write and the two friends put their creative heads together and quickly came up with what is now the first Jus’ Bros single, ‘The Truth’, featuring vocal sample from the Brazil soul singer Tim Maia.
Smile #004 will be released March 5 on Smile Recs. Stream previews including Mercury and Viadrina remixes:

It’s all working pretty well for Munich based producer Justin Faust and Finland based production duo Jay Lamar & Jesse Oliver.

Them Swoops – Work Around It

Them Swoops are an indie pop Melbourne duo with with a killer instinct of garage-pop. Stream their new track, ‘Work Around It’, which is also available as free download.

Softwar – This Time Around

As they describe themselves, Softwar are 2 body builders from Sydney – Myles Du Chateau and Jeremy Lloyd – and they HAVE finally finished their EP on Future Classic called ‘This Time Around’.
You may have heard of these guys from the Bag Raiders remix we posted in September 2011. Or maybe you heard them on Kitsuné’s Gildas & Masaya ‘Tokyo’ compilation.
‘This Time Around’ resonates filtery deep funk, soul and house in 4 original tunes you must definitely listen to.

Meet Moon Runner – 2 producers coming from Mexico, Alec Sander (a.k.a La Royale) and Juan Soto. Moon Runner is their nite version project but you can listen to their daytime songs on their individual Soundcloud pages – here and right here.

Romanthony – Hold On (Logo’s Hold-up)

Superpower boys Logo unfolded their imagination on Romanthony’s 1999 track, ‘Hold On’.
We made a medley of all versions on this record, choosing parts which interested us the most and we add this very dirty seeping bass.
I’d say it sounds both unexpected and very pleasant surprise. Listen to the song – you won’t regret it! In case you’ve missed it, stream their previous work on ‘Default‘ by Django Django.
Romanthony - Hold On (Logo's Hold-up)REFLEX – Wavering EP

Remember the French duo REFLEX who recently remixed Juveniles’ new single, ‘Ambitions’? They’re back with a great new EP consisted of 2 original tracks and 4 super catchy remixes from JBAG, Kido Yoji, Second Date, and Bitchee Bitchee Ya Ya Ya.
The release is out February 27 via Continental Records. The rest of the track on the EP can be found on SoundCloud.
