In 2010 we posted the Barretso and Hey Champ remixes for Gemini Club’s single ‘Ghost’. After such a long period of time, we’re glad to finally give you another song from the Chicago based band.

‘By Surprise’ is taken off Gemini Club’s upcoming EP titled ‘Here We Sit’. The release is coming April 17 with 7 all new original tracks.

Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs – Tapes & Money

British wonder boy Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs a.k.a TEED is set to release a new single on April 2, 2012 via Polydor. ‘Tapes & Money’ will include a heavy remix package which is, unfortunately, kept in secret for now.

TEED’s 12-track self-titled debut album will be out on May 7 and you can already pre-order the LP on iTunes.

Chrome Canyon – Body Music EP

Chrome Canyon is Morgan Z coming from Greenpoint, Brooklyn. He just debuted his new Body Music EP with French label On The Fruit Records. The release includes two original tracks, ‘Body Music’ and ‘Computers of Love’, plus remixes from Douze, Heroismo, Melee, and Stavarsky.

Body Music EP is digitally available everywhere, and will be followed by his debut full-length, ‘Elemental Themes’, due later this year.

Juveniles – Ambitions EP

Just like Kitsuné says: Say it out loud! They are young and they are proud!

Our favorite French boys Juveniles are back with their second single released on the label February 27. It combines everything we love – French and Anglo-Saxon references, 80′s new wave recalls, funky guitars and exuberant synths. The EP includes remixes for ‘Ambitions’ by REFLEX, the Frenchy O’Safari, ex-M83 and now solo STAL, and the Aussies Midnight Savari.

Before hitting the stores, you will be able to hear the track on the new Kitsuné Parisien II compilation, out in less than 2 weeks – February 13.

Django Django – Default (Logo Remix)

Montevideo – Horses

Montevideo are back and they pretty much own a brand new outlook.

Check out the latest single from the Brussels, Belgium based group titled ‘Horses’. It was recorded in the anticipated ‘DFA’ studios in New York. Plus, a new album is on its way out, planned to get released sometime in 2012.

“On the final mixing, nobody else then Joakim Bouaziz, known for his stunning releases under his producer name Joakim on his own imprint Tigersushi, and his remixes for artists such as Air, Tiga, Dj Mehdi, Metronomy, Royksopp among others.”

Hmmm, already sounds exciting!

Staygold – Backseat (Rimer London Remix) and an all new video

Most of you are probably already familiar with Staygold – the Swedish producer duo of Carli Löf and Måns Glaeser also known as Savage Skulls. Their classic gem, ‘Backseat’, was remixed by one of our favorite Netherlandic acts, Rimer London.

The original version features Spank Rock, Damian Adore and Lady Tigra. There’s also an all new video for that song! It’s directed by Daniel Wirtberg and Jonas Rudström.

‘Backseat’ is the first single of the forthcoming debut album of Staygold – it’s coming this year!

The Cast of Cheers – Family

You probably wonder where do you know the Dublin based rock group The Cast of Cheers from? Well, their song ‘Goose‘ was featured on Kitsuné Maison 12: The Good Fun Issue.

‘Family’ is the first single from their upcoming album, produced by Luke Smith (ex-Clor) and set for release sometime in 2012. Watch the official video for ‘Family’. It was directed by Russell Weekes and made up of 5,000 separate photographs.

Monsieur Adi – Requiem

I feel pretty positive about Monsieur Adi’s upcoming 6-track EP titled ‘Fire Fire Fire’.

You’ve already heard ‘Fire Fire Fire‘ and ‘Blood‘. It’s time for another tune. ‘Requiem’ written as an homage to Adi’s deceased mother and the whole release presents ‘art of melody, texture, mood, and movement to create a stunning opus.’
