Two great remixes for The Rapture’s “In The Grace Of Your Love” that just went live on DFA Records’ SoundCloud page.

Remix number #1 is done by the Spanish producer Pional who’s a Hivern Discs/Permanent Vacation signee. The second one was finished by the LA based daytime disco duo Poolside (Future Classic/Eskimo Recordings). You may know them from their great tune “Do You Believe?” or Aeroplane’s monthly mixes.

It’s time for a first play of Lemonade’s forthcoming album, “Diver”. The LP contains 10 beautiful, melodic, and sensual tracks that’s definitely going to fit well in your music collection.

The record is going to be released on May 29, 2012 via True Panther.

The band also announced a new single available for free download. “Soft Kiss” is a “scintillating taste of pure, agile, hedonistic pop music.”

Woodkid unveiled his video for the new single, “Run Boy Run”, directed by himself. The EP comes with remixes from SebastiAn, TEPR, and Ostend.

His first album “The Golden Age” is coming fall 2012.

Logo is simply described as a “whats-the-point” duo – unable to sing, has nothing to prove. But somehow we always get excited when a new track of the French 2-member act comes out. You probably know them as part of the Kitsuné family and their remix work for Mark Ronson, Django Django, Bot’Ox, and Yelle.

We had a conversation with Thomas and Hugues and we’re eager to share it on the day their latest record is being released. “Jacob & Fabrice” is their third EP that contains two excellent electro originals, and three remixes from Darabi, Crackboy, and 5kinAndBone5. Why Logo? Where does the name come from?

We wanted a name without a “K” and a “X” in it… Plus, the aesthetic of the word is a bit more obvious than other words. We like the idea that the name could raise questions, but it is unclear answer, yet we are not insulations.

And how about “Hello.jpg”? I always wondered what the inspiration behind the track name is.

Turn off the parental filter on Google, tape “Hello.jpg” in the google search engine bar, go to “Images”, and enter in this new psychedelic hole.

Who does what? Does each of you have special obligations in the process of producing a song?

We do this very naively, we arrived with ideas, sounds, rhythms, we try many things, we really try to induce random in the producing process. There is no specific role.

How does it feel to be a part of the Kitsuné family?

The Kitsuné family is a very big one now, a lot of different bands, from different countries have done things with Kitsuné. It could bring some interesting stuff for us. Right now, we really work in our corner, we have very specific ideas of what you want to do. We remain locked in our room a bit without paying much attention to our family, like adolescents. We often think of them.

Have you considered releasing an album?

Yes, we considered it a lot.

Can you tell us three interesting facts about Logo?

We are very distressed by the idea of doing the same thing twice, we are still too young to do that. However, we can eat duck for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it’s not a problem for us. We like to put frustration and tension in our music, so sometimes we may not eat duck for 2 or 3 days.

What’s the best thing about Paris?

Every time we return to Paris, sweet home, we cry of joy. This city is like an excellent movie, everything is consistent, even in its faults, the actors are all very good and beautiful, the decorations are perfect. The title of this movie could be “Girls & Foods”.

What’s the first song you heard today?

“I’m So Tired” by The Beatles.

If you had to remix a super commercial song of a super commercial pop diva, what would it be?

We are very into Nickie Minaj, except all her uptempo tracks featuring David Ghetto, but we really the way she sing, and her voice seems to be very malleable.

What can we expect from Logo in the coming months?

A new digital EP for physical dance.

A great surprise for the new week! Hot Chip unveiled a new video for their latest single, “Night & Day”. The clip was directed by Peter Serafinowicz who previously made “I Feel Better”. He says:

“Many animals were harmed during the making of this video. Regrettably, none of them made the final edit.”

There are guest appearances from Terence Stamp, Reggie Watts and Lara Stone. The song is taken from the band’s upcoming LP, “In Our Heads”, out June 11 via Domino Records.

Here it is! The full-length version of Shit Robot’s new single, “Teenage Bass / Space Race”.

The new release is scheduled for a digital and physical release on May 21 via DFA. It’s the first release in a series of 12″ vinyls titled “The Green Machine”.

We’re always happy when two favorite names in music collaborate. Here’s a remix by Twin Shadows done for Hooray For Earth’s brilliant tune, “No Love”.

“No Love” is one of the best tracks on the band’s debut full-length “True Loves”, released last summer.

Lifelike and Popular Computer are two French acts who collaborated on a new track called “Getting High”. It’s a nice electro-funk piece for everyone’s Friday night.

The single will be released May 28 on Computer Science.

Now that’s what I call a surprise. Totally enormous. Totally brilliant.

TEED shows a new side of himself, more aggressive than ever. “American Dream Part II” is a collaboration between Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs and ADAM.

Orlando Higginbottom’s debut album entitled “Trouble” will be released June 11 and it can already be pre-ordered on iTunes. We can’t wait!

This is exciting! Our favorite tune, Lemonade’s “Neptune”, has an official video now. It was directed by House Plants and Weird Days.
