An abandoned building and an aesthetic performance from dancer Katie Rose Advocat. That’s how director Nir Ben Jacob’s saw Modern Tapes‘ very first video, “Caroline”.

“Although the song is built on harmonies and dual vocals, Caroline has a really rough edge to it. The challenge was to try to capture that roughness in the overall aesthetic of the video. The glitches, rough visual effects, and shaky camera movements keep the video balanced,” says Nir.
